Buying used cars in Germany - Olly
Hi,

After reading that there was a price advantage to be had in buying high-performance cars from Germany (I'm specifically thinking about an Audi S4), could anyone point me to links of german classified sales ? Or disabuse me of my presumption ?
Additionally if anyone has done it themselves, could you mail me directly,

Thanks in advance,

Olly

Buy the magazine DAZ or AUTO ,secondhand cars are a fraction of the cost of the UK as long as you are prepared for LHD,in my opinion it makes no difference.I have just been offered a Rover 75 diesel fully loaded 38000km 18 months old for 6000ukps and thats dear have a good look and bargain bargain bargain especially in private ads.

Try www.used-cars-germany.de
click on the UK flag for the English version.
A lot will depend on exchange rates.
Some marques are still expensive so check out thoroughly prices. There are quite a few LHD specialists in the UK. Might be worth a phone call to one of these companies to find out if they can source a car for you.
Good luck
