Car is run for daughter to use during her royal visits from Uni in Summer.
Failed MOT as both rear sidelights were u/s. I recalled I had noticed one faulty 4 weeks earlier, and as she dropped me off for holiday had given her £20 and told her to take it to local garage to have bulb renewed.
She took it to a major chain of tyre/exhaust specialists, who fitted 2 new bulbs and told her the fuses must have blown. Can this be one of the few cars which has arrived with 1 fault and left with 2. I know bulbs can be confusing, but how can you make a mistake (5w 2 contact fitted instead of 5W single contact) when you have the old ones as patterns AND one of them worked when you arrived?
