The Citroen dealer who originally supplied the car should be able to give you the code if you have the chassis number for the car.

I think any Citroen dealer should be able to help - the cars are on one big database but the dealer may expect some money for giving you the number.

I believe that the charge is about £15. It is worth obtaining, if you havn't got them, the radio code, the key number and the security number for the ecu/immobiliser. The charge covers all 3 numbers. You will need to take the V5 and, in theory, some means of identification to a dealer.
When I did this for my Xantia, the dealer kindly "forgot" the charge anyway.

I got the code for my car from some website for a fiver. Worked fine, but I need to lean on the dealership I bought the car from for the various details. Come to think of it, I had to pay 15 quid to have the numbers looked up when I bought a new key for my car, but the dealer that did it never gave them to me. Might get in touch with them, too.
