Item on the radio this morning that Highways Agency presence is to spread from midlands to M25 and that they are improving driving behaviour.
Ironic as I passed a Highways Agency Shogun on the M6 yesterday morning near Walsall, 65mph in the middle lane, inside lane empty - the boys were setting a good example!
