Anyone know of a company that will do a fortnight's cover on a 16 year old car?

The RAC will waive the 11 yr age restriction (or loading) if you are a member of certain owners clubs. Applicable to an annual policy.
Possibly a cost effective option to join an owners club?????
I found their membership dept, (or at least the person I spoke with), surprisingly helpful and flexible, capable of making decisions on the spot.
