Anybody know what the towing capacity is of a 325i and 320i BMW tourers, E30 models approx. 1988-1992

I can only find reference to 1996 models on
www.clicreports.co.uk/
kerbweights are 325 1535kg 85% therefore = 1304 kg
320 1505 1279 kg
Generally reckoned that 85% of kerbweight is "safest" but many tow up to 100%. Best not to exceed 100% though I don't think it is "the law"
Manufacturers maximum towing weights are 1800kg and 1700kg
