Just starting happening, when I turn right to go around a roundabout or turning right at a junction the nearside front wheel squeals, like a rubbing brake pad, it only happens as the steering load is going onto the wheel.
Have I picked a piece of grit that only rubs when turning right.
Any thoughts.

" Have I picked a piece of grit that only rubs when turning right." Certainly that was what was causing a squeal on my Cavalier a while back. Some faily heavy braking shifted it pretty quickly, but of course it could be something more serious.

It turned out to be a pad not coming away from the disc. I have now stripped & cleaned up both front brakes & applied the coppergrease to the usual areas.
It just threw me that it started happening only when turning right. It did become slightly worse, I felt the disc when I had returned home & it was a bit warmer than the other one.
