If it was 50 in Road Works then there is a slight chance that the camera may be out of film ?

Nothing received in 14 days from day of the offence plus 1 then sweat over, otherwise if SCP are working to ACPO Speed Prosecution Guide lines then you should get a Conditional Offer, i.e. 60 notes and 3 points. 57 to 75mph attracts CO. 76 mph and over in a 50 limit then its best bib and tucker job for appearance before the Bench.

I was flashed for 70 in a temporary 50 (roadworks) on a dual carriageway in Stourbridge about a year ago - £60 and 3 points.
