Why do there seem to be so many K reg red Astras around, or is it just me?

Yup, my brother sold his K reg, red, Astra 1.6 GLS Auto when it was three years old and he lived in Aylesbury. He saw it again last year, in Exeter, still apparently cared for.

My department had two in 1993 (or was it 94?) and yes, they were both red. Doubt they are still around as they both did 100k+ in less than 3 years, never had any trouble with them though.
