havent had a in-depth look yet, but a water leak is occouring on my friends 1.4 diesel 5 door k plate - cant find culprit. it has been happening for 4 months now.
it needs filling every 2 weeks - any ideas where is best to look?

check all the hoses: any with bleed screws tend to perish and because costly are not replaced when they should be. Thye may leak only under pressure.
Have you checked the oil level to ensure it is not a haead gasket leak into the engine oil?
I vote for hoses: run the engine up to temperature and leave to idle on a hot day and wait...
