Any retail website that has "honest" in the url and starts with "We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system" raises my eyebrows!

And I wouldn't buy from a website that can't spell and misuses apostrophes, or should that be apostrophe's :-)

If HJ hasn't already done so, then I'd suggest a quick call to M'Learned friends and a mention of the phrase 'passing off'.

I'd ask for at least a clarifier on their site as you have for hj.com
