New "Old" Golf TDI - EarthSciencer
My wife is a VW Golf freak but does not like the new shape (we think it looks like a Peugeot 307).

She has a Mk4 SDI and would be interested in changing to a Mk 4 TDI - does anyone know if there are any still around, new/unregistered? I have checked the rest of the site here and cannot find any of this model advertised.

Try these links, they should help you look for the perfect motor. I had a MK4 Golf TDi 100, kept it for 4 months and sold it for a Polo TDi 100. It's cheaper to insure, lighter, quicker and seems roomier than the Golf.

I have seen 04 plated Mk4's around and VW are offering deals on them to shift the remaining stock.

i have seen adverts for cheap mk4 tdis with delivery miles from arnold clark a vw dealership in the glasgow/west scotland area(www.arnoldclark.com) but it depends where you live.there should still be some around.the mk4s interior is superior quality to the mk5 amd after 6yrs in production should have gremlins sorted. good luck!!
