Hi,
has anyone out there bought a new car from these guys or know of anyone that has, only I have a quote from them which seems too good to be true. I would be most grateful if someone could put my mind at rest before I hand over my dosh to someone I've only ever spoken to on the phone!
Cheers.

I read somewhere on HJ that the best brokers do not take any money from you - you pay the dealer direct the deposit, etc.
I could be wrong about the above so please DYOR. I've read feedback from best4cars customers - they all appear to be pleased.
For the record, large companies can go under - so if the deal appears to be good, use your dredit card as this has built in safe guards that should put your mind at rest. We've done this to buy a Ford Ka a couple of years ago - we paid the all the money on the day we went to see/order the car from a main Ford dealer. I was a bit surprised as they are charged about1/2% I think. Main dealers have been known to go under as well.
Good luck.
M
