I recall an announcement to the effect that HJ was going on his hols and there might not be updates for 2 to 3 weeks. I too had trouble with the car by car breakdown page some weeks ago but it is OK now.

In case anybody has a similar problem it turns out that ZoneAlarm Pro Mobile Code Control has to be turned off to enable this (excellent) facility. Why it worked before remains a mystery!
