Of some interest, but as the title suggests, the report is nearly 3 years old!

It shows that we have the most highly taxed petrol in the world and the second most expensive overall.
Of course there are a few things that this doesn't compare, the French have diesel that is much cheaper than petrol so its not a complete picture.
