VW Passat B6, 2.0 CR TDI Bluemotion (110 PS) - CBDC engine code, no DPF? - Mechgoblin

Hi Everyone,

According to Wikipedia, the model coming with the engine does not have a DPF, it's only I4 DOHC 16V common rail turbo. To all the other diesel engines, DPF is written, here it isn't mentioned.

Someone only forgot to add it, or this particular model with this engine really does not have a DPF? If so, how come?

All common rail Diesel engines in the vag range from around 2009 have a dpf .

My 2007 A3 2.0tdi 170 had a DPF. This was one of the first VAG engines to do so.
