Vauxhall Nova 1.2 - Valuation for a old car - GT

Where can I get a market value for insurance purposes for a 1992 Vauxhall Nova 1.2i hatchback with 52,000 miles? There are three Novas for sale on Auto Trader varying from £5k to £7.5k. Are these representative of today's market valuation?

Saying the age and mileage of your one does not tell us anything about its condition, that is surely the key factor. I'm assuming the ones you have seen on Autotrader are in very good condition?. Have a look on some other websites for a broader picture of asking prices. Ebay for one, but also places like carandclassic.com.

Ebay, but tick the boxes for SOLD and COMPLETED ITEMS.

Then check to see if any have been relisted - a staggering number always get re-listed due to a non paying bidder.
