Yes, I'm a regular viewer on his YouTube channel. Indeed he does not mince his words. he has just as much ire for Mercedes, which he has termed the 'three-prong-ed suppository' or, worse still, the 'three-prong-ed swastika' though he hasn't used that one for a while now, possibly under threat of legal action.
He has a LOT to say about dieselgate (hence his ire at VAG), poor engineering quality and 'science' behind changes in the motoring industry and on customer service, as well as about the people in office.
He also doesn't have much time for Elon Musk, a aka (his words) 'Electric Jesus' and his 'claims' of varying sorts.
On the other hand, he generally thinks quite highly of Hyundai / KIA, used to to a reasonable degree of Mazda (until they got caught by the Australian authorities being very 'naughty' on the customer service side) but not Toyota or Honda in more recent years.
Very much a 'practical' (he has a 'man cave' with loads of tools) an realistic bloke, being a journo for a number of years and also is a degree-qualified engineer who appears to know his stuff.
