Volkswagen passat estate 140 tdi b6 - Intermittent boost - Smeddy706

Hi all I've recently changed my turbo as my old 1 destroyed itself and since I've

Replaced it I've cleaned all the air intake system and exhaust system

Of oil but the car only boosts when it feels like it

Any suggestions welcome

I would be checking all the vacuum pipes and the operation of the N 75 vacuum diverter valve .
