Transit connect - Instrument panel removal - frank mellin

The two large heater buttons on my transit connect have pushed out back of panel and need to be rreattached.cant see how to remove panel,is there a knack?

You need to remove the radio , then release the centre console panel (screws)to access the heater controls . I’m assuming this is a pre 2013 connect.
