2011 Zafira. 1.7 Diesel - Cluncking noise in second gear. - Gordon the golfer

Hi guys. I have a strange one for you.

I have a 2011 Zafira 1.7 Diesel. 66k on the clock.

I get a clucking noise the first time I put the car in second gear after start. It comes a second after its put in gear and clutch is lifted whilst car is driving. I could drive an hour after without any noises.

However if I turn the engine off and on, it will do it again only once the first time it goes in second gear.

I've worked out it only happens once after the engine is started and its when its first put in second gear.

I can feel the clunk through the pedals.

please help...

Does it clunk as you let the clutch in or when you accelerate?

it clunks when the clutch has gone up and im accelerating away. please advice..
