I will keep this short, recently a 110 hp turbocharger was fitted instead of the 90hp which should have been installed. Would that be why I get sometimes get no response when I accelerate particuarlly above 30mph, and, between 30 and 50mph.
It’s feels ok in 1st and 2nd gear but lacks response after that.
I also found that the air intake pipe (down stream of filter) is loose fitted, i.e there is no indication that there should be a clamp, or other way of securing the pipe,

Take it back and ask them to do the job correctly.
Surely that should be the obvious thing to do.
