Right this is getting out of hand, another lockdown which mean's again I won't be able to start lessons and the b***** waiting list gets longer. Its starting to get to the point where we have to let this virus rip, if it kills someone old then so be it, my future is being destroyed by and old person I will never meet

Lessons should be essential

I suggest you may want to take a deep breath, read what you’ve just written and think long and hard about it.
And I say this as the father of a 17 year old who has just had to postpone her test.

We have to stand up for what we believe in. I believe we need to support young people like me. We are the future. The old little gits who are vulnerable are not. We need lessons to continue.

I'm sorry I am just angry at the moment. I didn't mean what I wrote here. I just want to be able to drive. When on earth is this actually going to be over. There has to be a stopping point in where we say enough is enough. How do people like myself learn to drive. Could you do a favour mate and ask your daughter to cancel if she fails. We all need chances in life but I can't take that chance because people like her are in the way

Look I just want to know what to do. How can I even get started and be able to learn how to drive when we keep locking down. Everyone's waiting list was long enough as it is and now it's just going to get longer so what do I do, suggestions anyone?

Sam, we've been here before, twice.

There is nothing you can do to learn to drive at the moment, so there's no point in asking us on here.

It may have escaped your attention that with the new strain of the disease, it is your age group who are acting as super spreaders.

That's why we're all locked down again.

There is nothing you can do, so just calm down, deal with it as best you can, and understand that there will be thousands of young people in the same boat, who will all be disappointed that their plans to learn to drive have been delayed once again.
