Citroen Berlingo Multispace - Berlingo Rubber Boots - danensis

Every time I take my 2010 Berlingo for its MOT it fails on a rubber boot split on the front track rod. If this happens every time, isn't it a design fault?

Could be. If so someone (not me) will know.

Or it could be an installation fault, or even (though less likely) an inspection fault.

Have you inspected yourself, before taking it in?

Do you always get it inspected at the same place?

Do you always get it fixed at the same place?

I'd do the first, and change 2nd and 3rd.

Call me cynical, but I'd think if you do that it MIGHT just develop a different design fault.

I have a 2013 Berlingo, so I think same version, and never had any issue with this component.

How many track rod boots are there? Is it the same one every time?
