Could be. If so someone (not me) will know.
Or it could be an installation fault, or even (though less likely) an inspection fault.
Have you inspected yourself, before taking it in?
Do you always get it inspected at the same place?
Do you always get it fixed at the same place?
I'd do the first, and change 2nd and 3rd.
Call me cynical, but I'd think if you do that it MIGHT just develop a different design fault.
