Shame that they couldn\'t threaten to disqualify the parents, then maybe that would convince them to persuade their 10 year old from driving.

I think the parents are showing willing by supporting the prosecution. But maybe they'd do better grounding the boy for a while....7 years ought to do it!

My boys are much younger, so no doubt I have all kinds of treats in store, but is it normal for 10 year olds to be out and about on their own?
