Ex-MOD equipment sales - location - autumnboy

Watching an old Top Gear of approx. 10 years ago, where they used different MOD vehicles trying to demolish a house.

In the show they went to some place which had a huge stock of ex. UK/NATO land rovers, tanks, gazelle helicopters and special vehicles etc.

Anyone know of this place, interested in the Land Rovers etc.

Try Witham Specialist Sales, google mod sales ... should come up, land rovers are not cheap on there, but they do have some full hazmat suits for sale, could be better than a face mask with the current virus problems! You may get a funny look queuing up at Greggs though !

Reminds me of a scene in the sitcom Citizen Smith, where Robert Lindsay parks a tank on his in-laws' drive, and his mother-in-law looks at it and says 'Ooh no, I prefer our Rover.'
