Following on from my earlier post, for which your replies were appreciated, could the immobiliser cause the car to cut out suddenly, to then restart as if nothing had happened when car is locked and unlocked? Or is it just a coincidence?

Am trying to narrow down latest fault as diagnostics are showing different faults.
