The website in your opening post is identical to this one: unlimited-carsltd.com/
Same cars are on both websites. Both websites completely identical. Only thing different is the postal address.
100% SCAM. Don't pay for any car until you've seen it in person.
These websites will be closed down, but unfortunately this will take a few weeks to happen and many people will lose a lot of money in the meantime.
