The usual bizarre UK laws on obstruction states it's an offence to block a driveway with a car parked on it but no offence is there is no car on it - work that one out!

Not only should the car be removed and a large fee to be paid for release (or car crushed), but the ignorant person who abandoned the car compelled to pay damages to the victim, especially if said victim was prevented from going to work or other equally important journey, hit them in the pocket its the only thing that works with such beings.

I wonder if this berk will try and park in that road again? They have a very distinct car that would be recognised even a few streets away.

I find that a home printed 'Police Aware' notice on the front windscreen quite often does the trick when someone parks where they shouldn't (e.g. in my allocated space).
