Fiesta 1.25 (56 plate) - Engine stablizer mount bush cracking - Starman999

Am looking to buy a Fiesta for about £700. One I'm interested in has the following MOT advisory:

"Central Rear engine stablizer mount bush cracking"

I know little about cars so would be most grateful if someone in the know could explain what that advisory means, whether it 'matters' etc. Thanks!

Well the engine/gearbox is held in place at three points,

simply left right and under there's the rear mount that goes from engine to the subframe.

Not a huge job to replace

So to too expensive.
