Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback - Torque OBD App on my Laptop - M Clarke

Hello,

I want to carry out on-board diagnostic of my Cruze Hatchback. After googling a bit, I found out that there is an app called "Toque Lite OBD" which is basically an Android one. I tried to install it on my Windows 10 HP Probook using this tutorial:

However, the software mentioned in that tutorial bluestacks does not work properly. Is there any other way around?

If I remember right blue stacks will make your windows pc run as if it is an android operating system, once blue stacks is installed you access your obd software via it, so you will need to open up blue stacks and find the app within it.
It took me a few attempts to work it on the software I was using, but I think it was just my ignorance in not understanding how it worked.
Not designed for us mere mortals. Good luck

You're dependent on the Bluestacks app talking to the bluetooth components of your PC running Windows and relaying that backwards and forwards to and from the ODB2 dongle.

Best bet would be to buy a cheap Amazon Fire tablet if you don't want an Android phone.
