Who has 'told' you to do this, and how have they suggested you go about it ?
Lithium is a metal, with a melting point of 180 Celcius, and a boiling point of 1330 Celcius.
If you can heat it enough to turn it into an aerosol spray, then you've got it hot enough to probably melt the clutch assembly, bolts, engine mountings, the road the car is standing on ... etc. Not to mention that lithium is highly corrosive and an irritant, leading to pulmonary edemas if inhaled.
