Renault Clio 3 1.2 TCe (101) hatch - replacement aircon condenser headache - lucklesspedestrian

Hi

Trying to source a replacement a/c condenser for my daughter's Clio (will get a local mechanic to fit/gas it up as a 'homer').

Looking on eBay and on various car part sites there seem to be plenty for sale all around the £120 mark. The problem is that although most sites list the correct part as being a Denso DCN 23008 (I was going for Denso as I had them before and they seem okay) another seller has came back with a different part no: Denso DRM 23100, which seems to have different dimensions, looks different in the photo yet on the compatibility check thingy they both come up as suitable for my daughter's car.

Any ideas how I can be sure I'm getting the correct part?

(her Reg no is YF58 HUJ )

You really need to remove the original unit to confirm the type fitted. Be careful here,as some of these clio models had a combination coolant and ac rad fitted that are not separable.
