Does anybody know where the Traffic Master module is located on the Vectra? Is there a module or is it part of the radio - there's nothing on the vehicle wiring diagrams?

I believe it is a separate module. I say this because it comes up on the display as\'phone\'. It is probably plugged into the mobile telephone input in the radio. I doubt it is part of the radio.
Are you trying to deactiviate it or transfer it or something??

Yes, it's a separate unit, I believe I recall that on my '96 it was a black box with a trailing single lead antenna, wired to the radio and located above/behind the glove box. It seems to be very much an add-on rather than an integrated unit.
If you remove the glove box interior, you should find it.

Certainly worth fitting/upgrading, got to be the best toy I've ever put on my van.

Correct, and all connections (power, audio etc) are made using an additional in line harness that connects between the GM loom and the stereo head unit. quite neat really.
