Why not wait and see what is in it and then write a blog post what it actually changes, or doesn't change?

Next budget predictions Year on year above inflation increases in VED for Deisels. Diesel fuel duty up by 3p a litre every year from now on. There will be a lower rate for HGVs. Councils will be encouraged to apply a levy on parking your Diesel car. The showroom tax rate for diesels to go up by 20%. The usual beer fags etc rises and some tinkering with obscure pensions allowances to be phased in by 2085... Air Pass duty up and all this will be sold as the greenest budget ever. For us Paye slaves It's the usual money grab.

That's my guess Anyway.

Hello

Ahead of the chancellor's statement tomorrow, we've put a blog together on what it might mean for company car drivers and fleet car drivers.

Wondered why the question was asked as it's abundantly clear that tomorrow's statement is just a 'how goes it'. Finance director reeporting to the board sort of thing.

Any changes will be announced in November.
