Vauxhall Meriva 2003 - Radio code - Tommi Atkins

Hi i brought a Vauxhall meriva and the radio doesn't work or come with the radio code. It's a CDR 2005 VDO and the serial number is GM020531722557. Please help!

Vauxhall radios of this age are "married" to the electronics of the car,so if it is the orignal radio and in working order,you do not need any code to make it operate. Is there any display on the screen?

Yea it just asks for the code which I don't have. It has the 4 dashes to input the code
