Given the word 'few' was used in the report for how GM told PSA of the amount of gCO2 over the limit they would go, I can see that that is wooly language at best, and the only people who will gain out of all of this, is, as usual, their lawyers.

Note to PSA - don't take competitors word for it, EVER. Check the info for yourselves before signing on the dotted line. Basic advice really for any sale worth $$$.

PSA's allegation is that GM deliberately hid important matters during the due diligence process - if that's proven the GM will be in serious bother.

The good news is that PSA have accelerated their original plan to replace powertrains and shorten the Astra & Insignia production runs to put them onto PSA platforms.
