would those camber readings cause me issues when cornering at speed ?

That would depend on :

Tyre pressure

How good a driver you are

How sharp the corner is

The speed involved

Tyre temperature

Tyre tread depth

Air temperature

Road temperature

What type of drive system the car is (RWD, FWD, AWD)

How heavily the car is loaded

How well is the car maintained

...

and a few hundred other factors too.

Basically, nobody can answer your question. If the readings are outside the manufacturer's spec, then get the setup adjusted. If they're inside spec, then leave well alone.
