Ford Fiesta 2014 zetec - FIESTA radio stopped working - alison parkin

Hello. The radio on my 64 reg fiesta has just stoppes working. The Ford radio picture is there when you press the on button but absolutely nothing else. None of the buttons do anything when pressed. Do these cars still have a code? Also is it covered on the warranty? Many thanks

It may be covered under the warranty,you will need to contact the dealer.Radios on these are not coded.The system may have locked up.Disconnecting the battery may reinstate operation
