You know what my friend, I always entertain the idea that I might be wrong or misinformed, it is this I am most proud of because DVSA, continually move the goalpost so I am forver updating myself and although I have been right most of the time, I have been proved worng in the past bu tonly on a few occasions.

I dont mind an argument, it is arguments that keep me sharpe and force me to update myself and what I think I know, like now for example where I am checking on my info, and my friend one last thing, while I am happy to argue with anyone I dont want to fight anyone, as people with a brain a good argument is ..... refreshing. lol

What happens if I am caught using a mobile device while driving?

Your case could also go to court and you could be disqualified from driving or riding and get a maximum fine of £1,000. Drivers of buses or goods vehicles could get a maximum fine of £2,500.
