Have removed the injectors stripped and run then through ultrasonic bath, they were spotless. I have stripped and cleaned out the EGR valve and manifold, changed glow plugs, cleaned out and sprayed electronic connection contact spray on all switches and sensors I can relate to this issue. But still the faults persist. It starts better now but is still lumpy on tick over. I have also put in new fuel and air filters and flushed the injectors with Wynn injector cleaner still no difference. Can anybody help ?

If the glow light is flashing,there should be a fault logged in the engine control memory.cleaning the injectors does not really prove a lot.They need to be tested for flow rate,spray pattern and worn internals,including pintle wear.
