Bit of a coincidence this happening so soon after a service.
Cambelt may be on but suggest you remove the upper cam cover and pull the lower cam cover back as far as poss so you can see what the water and fuel pump are doing, then watch what happens when an assistant turns the engine over, the belt might have stripped some teeth and jumped or jammed up.
If the engine isn't turning over then i wonder if there's some problem at the other end, flywheel, starter ring.
Those engines are usually good for ever given a regular service and the odd new cambelt when required.
ISTR there being a problem with cheap no make non genuine Pug oil filters not having a non return valve, not saying this is the problem nor associated in any way, but so soon after a service?
If makers fitted oil pressure gauges as standard instead of all this connectivity rubbish we'd all have a better idea when a catasrophe might be averted.
