Hello all,

I have just noticed my car radio reduces in volume down to zero. Does this quite quickly without my touching it. Whether am playing CD or have the radio on.

Goes from say 13 down through the numbers to 0 very quickly.

I think I may have seen an error message come up that says: EON TR143. Or similar. But it did not stay very long in sight.

Any ideas please?

Please note radio is the originall that was installed. Has not been tampered with or 'taken out' at any time.

Also I did browse the archive before putting message up, but could not see anything.

Have yet to look in manual as have only just got in.

Volume controls can be a little troublesome on these.So could be a radio fault.Also is the car fitted with column stalk controls,and if so,could one of the paddles be sticking?
