Ford Focus Saloon - Radio seriel number and code for it??? - JimmyTheGent

Hi my car is fitted with a cd6000 and after some work and the battery being disconnected my radio won't work. I've rang the dealer who gave me the code but its incorrect. The stereo is fitted so how do I get the seriel number and code for it. Any help in this matter is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance Jimmy.

Pull the radio out and get the serial number from the white label.
