mondeo mk3 2L petrol 51 plate

please can anyone help.

according to ford wiki the rattling in my engine is caused by defective swirl flaps and can be easily replaced using parts finnis numbers F1317276 and gaskets F1119284

But according to Vospers Ford , i need a complete manifold

I have been on many sites and they all confirm only the parts are needed can anyone advise me for definite please
