mk 4 57 plate mondeo - ford cd / radio 1 hour mode - blooming car

hi, i have a ford cd player in my mondeo, it is losing memory and is in 1 hour mode. i have found a response saying fuse 69 7.5 amp. i can not locate this fuse . any ideas . thanks

Can't see any fuse 69 listing.Have you had a look in the owners manual?There are 3 fuse boxes on these.One in the engine bay,one under the glove box,and one in the load area behind the left rear light.

I will go through the fuses tomorrow. It is strange fault. Intermittent. . Its ok today but tomorrow will have to reset date, month, year, time. I will turn on ignition and radio will be off , when I push button it will go into 1 hour mode.( like the permanent 12 volt feed has been cut.

Doubt if this is a fuse problem.I would suggest get the battery tested.
