After stupidly running out of diesel I can no longer start my Berlingo.

I have bled the system and there is fuel present at the pump but I still cannot get it to fire. The engine turns but it's as dead as a dodo.

Is there something that needs to be reset?

Any help to point me in the right direction would be most apreciated.
