Ford Mondeo Estate - Non starter after battery change - ACC1664

2003 model, fitted new battery, car tries to start then just cuts out, think its the immobilser, how can i reset.......

Highly unlikely to be the immobiliser.There is no reset procedure.If the red led in the clock comes on and goes off after around 5 secs,them the immobiliser is ok.
