Start my car last night, notice light from radio dash was flickering(only on that part) all the rest light on dash and heating, aircon, etc. was ok. And when press power button radio, not working. Tried press any button radio faceplate, unresponsive. I have mazda 5 2.0d 2007, 77k miles..

I did manage to remove my radio unit out from dash, check all solder, as according to some suggestion that flickering light cause of loose connection, it seems all fine. Put it back the unit, now flickering gone, i mean steady light now but still radio/cd still not working.. No power at all. Help, please!!

Is the display working when you turn and select stations?

Its just the light working now, no response to any button includes power button.

As what i said, its just not working at all, with flickering light, i did mange to sort the flickering light and now steady light but still, cd radio not working, unresponsive at all
