Vauxhall Corsa C - Wheel alignment question - allan doc

Can wheel alignment be done if the car has different size tryes on the front and back? I have 2 * 195/65 R15 on the front and 2 * 185/65 r15 on the back. Cheers

The tyre size shouldn't affect the alignment the way I do it, with a threaded rod and metal tube, but these fancy electronic testers may not like it.

It should be easy enough to do the wheel alignment.

I though wider tyres always had to be on the back?

Thanks for the replys. Think I will swap the tyres round and put the 195's on the back.

Make sure you tell your insurers the tyres are not the OEM sizes. In the event of an accident a change like this would give them a get out of jail free card and they would not pay out. If may be cheaper to change to odd pair to the correct OEM size.
